About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage and prioritize the CEO's schedule and appointments
2. Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including scheduling and providing meeting agendas
3. Assist in drafting and editing the monthly budget and other written materials
4. Conduct research and compile reports on various topics as needed to match our requirements with the market standard
5. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
6. Provide general administrative support, such as file management and data entry
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to support company goals
8. Assist in dividing the work amongst the existing team members and assist in hiring new team members for the internal and external hiring at Wehire Talent Solutions
9. Schedule the client meet after doing the necessary research and development about the current requirements
10. Prepare the minutes of the meetings
As the recruitment industry is very dynamic, there will be a need for a flexible person with regard to working hours and responsibilities.
