About the Internship
As a 'Patient Concierge Intern,' you will assist patients and their families during hospital visits by providing on-ground, non-medical support. Your role is to help clients feel supported during their visit by helping them navigate hospital spaces and manage basic logistics. This is a people-facing role focused on comfort, coordination, and service.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Escort and guide patients and attendants within hospital premises
2. Help clients understand where to go and what steps come next
3. Provide calm, empathetic support to patients and caregivers
4. Assist with basic non-medical logistics and coordination
5. Represent Veritance’s service standards through professional conduct
