About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Assist in the preparation, baking, and finishing of pastries, desserts, and related items.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times.
3. Follow kitchen protocols related to hygiene, food safety, and equipment handling.
4. Assist in daily mise en place and end-of-day cleaning duties.
5. Support the team in packing, dispatching and customer handling when required.
6. Handle ingredients and proprietary recipes with utmost care and confidentiality.
7. Communicate respectfully with all team members and uphold a positive kitchen environment.
