About the Internship
This is a full-time, high-ownership internship designed as a pathway to a long-term role at Vacav Travel. Vacav is building a video-first travel discovery platform where travelers explore destinations through authentic content from creators, hotels, and local partners. This role is communication-heavy and relationship-driven, not technical and not coding-based. It is ideal for candidates who enjoy writing, coordination, research, and professional communication. If you are an English/Humanities/Media student looking for real-world responsibility and growth, this role is built for you.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Partner engagement & communication:
1. Reach out to boutique hotels, resorts, homestays, and travel partners
2. Introduce Vacav’s collaboration model via email and calls
3. Support onboarding conversations and structured follow-ups
4. Build long-term partner relationships (not transactional sales)
B. Creator & influencer coordination:
1. Communicate with travel creators and influencers
2. Coordinate timelines, requirements, and deliverables
3. Support destination shoots and content partnerships
C. Content & market research:
1. Research destinations, properties, and travel trends
2. Help prepare partner profiles and outreach messaging
3. Assist in improving how Vacav presents destinations and partners
D. Operations & process support:
1. Draft professional emails, proposals, and onboarding messages
2. Maintain CRM notes and partner records
3. Support internal coordination across teams
