About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Researching and shortlisting service providers (restaurants, home services, vendors, etc.) based on clearly defined briefs.
2. Collecting key details such as pricing, availability, location, and contact information.
3. Preparing short summaries and option lists in a structured format.
4. Updating internal Google Sheets and trackers accurately on a daily basis.
5. Tracking pending responses and ensuring timely follow-ups.
6. Flagging delays, issues, or missing information proactively.
7. Supporting basic administrative and coordination tasks as required.
8. Coordinating with the vendors via phone calls, WhatsApp, or email for confirmations and follow-ups.
This role involves routine, detail-oriented work and is best suited for someone who enjoys backend coordination and process-driven work rather than client-facing responsibilities.
