About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct research and development (R&D) on emerging technologies and industry-relevant courses.
2. Analyze market demand and trends to identify opportunities for new course offerings.
3. Plan and support the launch of new training programs at Srijan Institute.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to structure course content and delivery models.
5. Assist Operations Executives in compiling, organizing, and maintaining trainer profiles and data.
6. Support trainer onboarding by ensuring accurate documentation and availability details.
7. Help streamline trainer allocation and scheduling through proper data management.
