As an intern, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Excel, along with excellent spoken and written English skills, will be crucial in this role.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in creating and maintaining operational reports using MS-Excel.
2. Help in organizing and documenting operational procedures.
3. Support in preparing presentations and reports using MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word.
4. Communicate with different teams to coordinate operational tasks effectively.
5. Assist in analyzing data and identifying areas for operational improvement.
6. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
7. Take on ad-hoc tasks to support the overall operations of the company.
8. Ecommerce order preparations and hand-overs.
9. Order processing and FBA Preparations.
