About the Internship
We are seeking a motivated operations coordinator intern to support our dynamic operations team. You will assist in day-to-day coordination tasks, ensure seamless reporting, and contribute to operational efficiency during a 3-month probation period.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with the operations team to track and manage daily activities.
2. Update and maintain reports on a daily basis, including data entry, tracking KPIs, and sharing insights.
3. Assist in scheduling, documentation, and basic operational admin tasks.
4. Support team in resolving minor operational issues and process improvements.
5. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on assigned tasks.
