About the Internship
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Odoo developer intern who will assist in customizing, developing, and optimizing our Odoo ERP system. The intern will work closely with business teams (HR, finance, operations, supply chain) to build scalable ERP solutions. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in real-world ERP implementation within a fast-scaling organization.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in development and customization of Odoo modules (Community/Enterprise)
2. Work on backend development using Python
3. Modify and design views using XML, QWeb
4. Support integration of third-party applications (APIs, payment gateways, etc.)
5. Customize workflows for HR, Inventory, Sales, CRM, Manufacturing
6. Debug, test, and optimize existing modules
7. Assist in creating reports (PDF, Excel, dashboards)
8. Work with Odoo Studio for quick customization
9. Document technical specifications and changes
10. Provide basic functional support to internal users
