About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist with daily IT service requests.
2. Support Windows and Linux system troubleshooting.
3. Provide printer and peripheral support.
4. Assist in network monitoring and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
5. Support user account management and basic cloud support tasks.
6. Perform basic AWS tasks, including account maintenance.
7. Upload and download files in Amazon S3.
8. Monitor EC2 instance status.
9. Understand and apply security group rules under guidance.
10. Help document cloud resources.
11. Maintain hardware and software inventory.
12. Assist in setting up new desktops, user accounts, and basic network connectivity.
13. Participate in documenting IT SOPs and checklists.
14. Coordinate with senior engineers for escalations.
15. Attend training sessions and apply learning to daily tasks.
