About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
4. Draft HR documents such as job descriptions, internship offers, and policies.
5. Assist in performance management and feedback collection.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer segments, and potential business opportunities.
7. Assist in lead generation through outreach, networking, and online research.
8. Support the creation of business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
9. Engage with potential clients via email, phone, or meetings under supervision.
10. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project and client handling.
11. Track business development metrics and prepare reports.
