About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct market research within the college to understand student interests, skill gaps, and career expectations.
2. Represent and establish the credibility of MyCaptain by clearly communicating program benefits to students and peers.
3. Generate and convert leads by promoting MyCaptain programs through online and offline channels such as WhatsApp groups, classroom discussions, and peer networks.
4. Assist in student outreach and follow-ups, addressing basic queries and encouraging form submissions and enrollments. Come up with creative and innovative marketing ideas to increase awareness across the campus.
5. Help expand MyCaptain’s presence by exploring collaborations with student clubs, societies, and CRs.
6. Support promotional activities in other colleges through digital campaigns and referrals.
7. Share regular feedback and insights with the MyCaptain team to improve campaign effectiveness.
