About the Internship
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive business operations intern to support our growing B2B service operations. This role offers hands-on experience in client management, market research, and business development within the customer experience and mystery shopping industry. You'll work directly with leadership to drive day-to-day operations and contribute to our expansion in the UAE and Middle East markets.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare and format client proposals, presentations, and business documentation
2. Conduct market research on potential leads and provide actionable insights to management
3. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect information
4. Draft and send follow-up emails to prospects and clients, maintaining professional communication standards
5. Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and internal reviews
6. Support general business operations and administrative tasks as needed
