Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. looking up and tracking 'call for papers' in various international journals
2. managing and organizing submissions on a timely basis
3. assisting in improving 'abstract writing'
4. writing emails to conference organisers, journals and coordinating submissions
5. Awareness of policy, AI governance and related issues
