About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Analyzing and extracting key pieces of legal and financial information from various legal documents, like sale and service agreements, partnership agreements, lease and license agreements, requests for proposal (RFP), vendor agreements, statements of work, employment contracts, due diligence contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
2. Reviewing commercial contracts to extract relevant and crisp findings from scattered information across the contract, providing critical sales, risk and compliance, and revenue assurance data in a more user-friendly and accurate manner.
3. Working on various projects for multiple clients, including software technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals, ensuring high work quality and the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
4. Working on special contracts management applications/platforms built by Signdesk to manage the legal and financial information of clients.
5. Gaining hands-on experience in interpreting, modeling, reporting, and analyzing complex contract data and unstructured information.
