About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conducting detailed legal research and case law analysis under the supervision of Advocate S. Malviya.
2. Drafting legal notices, complaints, written statements, affidavits, applications, 3. RTI drafts, and legal replies.
4. Assisting in preparation of case files, compilation of documents, and maintaining litigation records.
5. Observing and assisting in court proceedings before District Courts, Family Courts, Consumer Forums, and other authorities.
6. Preparing summaries of ongoing matters and assisting in arbitration and loan recovery cases.
7. Client coordination for document collection and follow-up communication (under supervision).
