About the Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Market Research & Lead Generation
Identify potential country and then buyers, wholesalers, importers, and distributors in target countries.
Research through B2B platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia etc), LinkedIn, and global trade directories and connect on linkedin.
Reach out to the importers to generate confirm leads and convert into sales.
2. Product Marketing
Assist in preparing product catalogs, pricing sheets, and marketing presentations.
Update and optimize product listings on international B2B portals.
3. Client Communication
Respond to inquiries and share product information with prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads and maintain a communication tracker.
Understand and clearly document specific requirements of clients, such as:
Required product certifications
Packaging standards
Material specifications
Labeling requirements
Country-specific compliance norms
Any additional expectations shared by buyers
Communicate these requirements accurately for internal decision-making.
4. Export Documentation Support (limited)
Share buyer details for invoice preparation.
Assist in preparing basic supporting documents such as order confirmation details.
Coordinate with logistics providers for quotations and shipping details.
5. Payment Coordination (as per company norms)
Explain payment terms to buyers:
100% advance payment for all orders.
Exceptions allowed only with approval (e.g., 80% advance + 20% before dispatch).
Track and record payment receipts in a payment log.
Notify immediately when payments are received or delayed.
6. Market Trends & Competitor Analysis
Track global jewellery trends and pricing.
Suggest potential markets or promising product segments.
7. Social Media & Digital Marketing Support
Assist in creating and posting content for global audience engagement.
Share new marketing ideas and opportunities.
8. Daily Activity Reporting
Submit a Daily Activity Report including:
Leads researched
Communications made
Follow-ups
Market findings
Tasks completed & pending
Submit a weekly summary report.
Who Can Apply
BBA, MBA (Marketing/International Business), or related fields-Freshers.
Good communication skills in English.
Good internet connection and own Laptop or Desktop.
Strong online research abilities.
Interest in export marketing and global trade.
Proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn.
