About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage incoming leads on Instagram and WhatsApp DMs from Meta Ads campaigns and have conversations with them.
2. Respond to queries in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
3. Share booking/purchase links and guide leads through the process.
4. Maintain records of conversations and update the team on conversion status.
5. Provide input to improve scripts, FAQs, and lead engagement.
6. Callings sometimes, if any.
