About the Internship
Are you a results-driven individual with a hunter’s mindset? Neervana Tech Solutions is expanding its EdTech venture, and we are looking for a high-energy Lead Generation Intern to fuel our growth engine.This isn't a "sit back and watch" internship. We need someone who understands that the backbone of any successful EdTech company is a robust pipeline of high-quality leads. If you know how to navigate social platforms, scrape data, and engage potential learners, we want you on our team.
Core Responsibilities
Your primary mission is simple: Identify, reach, and capture.
Lead Mining: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other EdTech-relevant communities.
Outreach Strategy: Execute targeted email marketing and DM campaigns to nurture prospects and move them through the funnel.
Content for Conversion: Create high-intent social media posts designed specifically to drive inquiries and sign-ups.
Data Management: Maintain rigorous lead databases in MS-Excel, tracking conversion rates and source efficiency.
Performance Tracking: Analyze lead quality and provide weekly reports on metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL) and lead-to-MQL ratios.
Market Research: Stay ahead of EdTech trends to find new "blue ocean" platforms for lead sourcing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Targeting Expertise: Proven ability to find "needles in haystacks" across digital platforms.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS-Excel.
Communication: Sharp, persuasive writing skills for cold outreach and social engagement.
Persistence: A "never-say-die" attitude toward hitting daily and weekly lead targets.
