About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Lead generation (primary KPI):
1. Identify and generate qualified B2B/B2C leads through: LinkedIn outreach, email marketing campaigns, cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, database mining, and industry research.
2. Build and maintain a structured lead database.
B. Market research and prospecting:
1. Identify target industries and ideal customer profiles (ICP).
2. Research decision-makers such as CMOs, founders, and marketing heads.
3. Create segmented lead lists for targeted outreach.
C. Outreach execution:
1. Draft personalized outreach messages.
2. Coordinate follow-ups.
3. Track response rates and optimize messaging.
4. Schedule meetings for the business development team.
D. Performance tracking:
1. Maintain CRM updates.
2. Share weekly performance reports, including leads generated, meetings scheduled, conversion ratio, etc.
3. Suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
