About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. New Module Planning & Strategy: Participate in ideation discussions and convert concepts into clear module plans, including features, user flows, use cases, scope, timelines, rollout strategy, flow diagrams, and detailed documentation for internal and client use.
2. Developer Coordination & Execution: Coordinate with the development team to explain requirements, break modules into tasks, assign ownership and deadlines, track progress via task management tools, identify blockers early, and ensure timely delivery.
3. Testing, UAT & Release Support: Coordinate basic QA, manage UAT processes, maintain bug and fix trackers, prepare release checklists, support deployment activities, and verify post-release stability and performance.
4. Client Training, Support & Feedback: Train clients on new modules, explain business value, create user guides and FAQs, manage ongoing support coordination, collect client feedback, and translate inputs into product improvements.
5. Platform Understanding & Documentation (Surefy CPaaS): Develop an in-depth understanding of existing platform modules, create comprehensive module documentation, engage with existing clients for feedback, and convert insights into enhancement tasks.
6. Remote Team Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor work-from-home teams, ensure daily task updates, conduct stand-ups, track productivity, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress and delivery reports.
7. Product & Process Support (Value Add): Maintain BRDs, PRDs, release notes, sprint plans, and change logs; coordinate with UI/UX teams; support frontend–backend coordination with basic API understanding; ensure performance, usability, and client expectations are met; assist in demos and product walkthroughs.
