About the Internship
We are a reputable brand looking for a persistent, high-energy individual to lead our interview acquisition efforts. Your sole mission is to open doors. While we have an internal team to handle the interviews, exceptional performers will have the opportunity to step behind the mic and interview "big-time" personalities and A-list talent themselves.This is a full-time position with a base salary + a performance-based incentive for every interview successfully scored.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. High-Volume Outreach: Execute professional email and LinkedIn outreach to Anime Studios, Movie Studios, K-pop Agencies, and TV Studios.
2. Pitching & Persistence: Craft unique, grammatically correct, and compelling pitches that leverage our brand's reputation to secure talent.
3. Incentive-Driven Results: Focus on "scoring" the interview; your primary metric is a confirmed booking.
4. Communication: Maintain active presence in our Slack channels and cooperate closely with the team leader and editorial staff.
