About the Internship

1. Develop and implement internship policies and procedures.
2. Collaborate with various departments to identify internship opportunities.
3. Recruit, onboard, and train interns for their roles.
4. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to interns throughout their placements.
5. Evaluate and assess interns' performance and provide feedback.
6. Organize events and workshops for interns to enhance their skills.
7. Create reports on the effectiveness of internship programs and suggest improvements.
