About the Internship
As an Export Operations & International Business Intern at Subha Export, the intern will work closely with the founder and gain hands-on exposure to real export business activities. Key responsibilities include:🔹 International Client Communication
Responding professionally to inquiries received via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Communicating with international buyers, importers, and distributors
Following up with leads and maintaining regular communication with potential clients
Understanding buyer requirements and sharing relevant product information
🔹 Export Sales & Buyer Development
Identifying and researching potential international buyers for agro and food products
Reaching out to prospects through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and trade platforms
Assisting in building and maintaining a buyer database
Supporting conversations related to pricing, MOQ, packaging, and basic export terms (training provided)
🔹 Social Media & Digital Outreach
Assisting in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages of Subha Export
Creating and posting content related to products, exports, and global trade
Running basic outreach and engagement campaigns to attract buyers
Responding to comments and messages on social media platforms
🔹 Daily Export Operations Support
Assisting in day-to-day export activities and coordination
Organizing client conversations, leads, and follow-ups in a structured manner
Helping prepare basic business messages, quotations, and product introductions
Learning export documentation flow and international trade practices
🔹 Market Research & Business Support
Researching international markets, buyer demand, and trade trends
Studying competitor activity and pricing benchmarks
Supporting strategic ideas to improve outreach and lead generation
