About the Internship
Important:This is a studio operations role within an interior design firm — not a core design position. An interior design background is preferred for industry understanding, not for drawing work. If you're looking to only do 3D or drawings, this isn't the right fit.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Daily:
1. Check and organise Google Drive files & project folders
2. Upload scheduled Instagram posts/stories
3. Update rate cards, vendor data, or material pricing in Excel/Sheets
Format and upload AI-generated blog content to the website
Respond to basic lead inquiries on WhatsApp (scripted replies only)
Weekly:
1. Upload 1-2 blogs (formatted with images & SEO tags)
2. Schedule 4-5 Instagram posts/stories for the week
3. Update project trackers and SOP documents
4. Prepare ad copy for Meta campaigns
5. Compile vendor quotes and pricing comparisons
Monthly:
Organise and audit all project folders
Update the complete rate card and vendor database
Create a social media content calendar for next month
Report on Instagram/Meta performance (basic metrics)
Support the design team with mood board asset collection when needed
Occasionally:
1. Help set up new tools or dashboards
2. Format client proposals and presentations
3. Coordinate with vendors for pricing updates
Timing: Part-time — 3-4 hours/day (flexible timing). Can work alongside college or other commitments. May occasionally require extended hours during project deadlines.
