About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Making 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective clients for lead generation.
2. Conducting cold calling and qualifying leads based on customer requirements.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
4. Understanding client requirements and coordinating with internal teams for quotations and order processing.
5. Following up on leads and ensuring timely closure of sales opportunities.
6. Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
7. Providing excellent client service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
8. Coordinating with the operations and procurement teams for smooth order execution.
9. Identifying new business opportunities in the manufacturing and trading sectors.
