About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support revenue growth and influencer operations for the market on TikTok. This role is ideal for candidates with strong German language skills who are interested in influencer marketing, social media monetization, and international business operations. You will gain hands-on exposure to TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, and creator collaborations.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. TikTok account & revenue support:
1. Assist in setting up and optimizing TikTok business accounts
2. Support onboarding into monetization programs (TikTok shop/affiliate/creator marketplace)
3. Coordinate with internal teams to support revenue-driven initiatives
4. Help track performance metrics and growth opportunities
B. Influencer onboarding & management:
1. Research and identify German-speaking influencers aligned with brand objectives
2. Draft outreach messages and assist in influencer communication
3. Maintain influencer database and onboarding documentation
4. Track campaign timelines and performance
C. Daily operations & coordination:
1. Support day-to-day campaign execution
2. Coordinate with marketing, content, and operations teams
3. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with influencers
D. Market research & optimization:
1. Monitor German creator trends and platform updates
2. Assist in identifying new growth opportunities
3. Support testing and scaling influencer initiatives
