About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities will include:1. Supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
2. Conducting preliminary phone screenings and initial candidate interviews.
3. Working closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
4. Maintaining and updating candidate information accurately in the HR management system.
5. Assisting in the planning and execution of training and orientation programs for new hires.
6. Attending HR meetings and contributing suggestions to enhance HR policies and processes.
7. Providing general administrative and operational support to the HR team as required.
