About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Create Job Descriptions (JD) based on hiring requirements
2. Review and screen resumes received from job portals, LinkedIn, and email on a daily basis.
3. Source new candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
4. Call shortlisted candidates and explain job details.
5. Check candidate availability and interest level.
6. Schedule interviews with interviewer and send interview invites.
7. Coordinate between candidate and interviewer.
8. Attend interview calls with interviewer when required and available in interview call.
9. Take interview feedback interviewer and update candidate status.
10. Inform candidates about selection, rejection, or next rounds.
11. Schedule further interview rounds when required.
12. Handle candidate queries and provide proper information.
13. Follow up with selected candidates till joining.
14. Maintain daily recruitment tracker in Excel or ATS.
15. Share daily/weekly hiring status with management.
16. Maintain proper candidate database and records.
