About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Working on sourcing profiles from various job portals
2. Working on understanding job descriptions
3. Working on screening candidates' resumes & conducting telephonic interviews (this includes making numerous calls)
4. Working on undertaking salary negotiation with the selected candidates
5. Working on following up via emails/calls till selection/rejection of the candidate
