About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Conducting initial phone screenings with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
3. Assisting with onboarding procedures for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
4. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with new information.
5. Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and performance evaluations.
6. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and organizing HR events.
7. Utilizing MS Excel to create reports and analyze data related to HR metrics and trends.
