About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
• Maintain and update candidate database/ATS
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Draft offer letters and onboarding documents
• Support employee onboarding and documentation process
• Maintain employee records and HR files
