Key Responsibilities:
Design & build real-time dashboards for recruitment & business tracking
Automate WhatsApp & Email communications with candidates & clients
Integrate Google Sheets with automation tools
Build red-flag alerts & escalation logic
Maintain data accuracy & MIS hygiene
Create SOP documentation for future scaling
