About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Observe HR workflows, policies, recruitment (posting, resume screening, interview scheduling) and onboarding (forms, documentation, induction sessions) processes.
2. Attend virtual HR meetings and take notes.
3. Explore HR tools, templates, and reporting formats.
4. Research HR trends, engagement ideas, and summarize case studies/webinars.
5. Prepare presentations, infographics, maintain a learning journal, participate in fun HR activities, and submit weekly updates to the mentor.
