About the Internship
As a human resources (HR) intern at Sai Sukh Hari Foundation, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative work environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
2. Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital files.
3. Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and events for employees.
4. Support the HR team in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
5. Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
7. Demonstrate effective communication skills in written and spoken English, and proficiency in MS-Excel for data analysis and reporting.
