About the Internship
This HR internship offers exposure to core HR operations, plus IT staffing empanelment and client coordination. It is suitable for candidates who want both HR and business-facing experience.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. HR operations:
1. Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
2. Maintain candidate and employee records
3. Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
4. Update HR trackers and reports
B. IT staffing & empanelment:
1. Support the empanelment of MRC as an IT staffing partner with companies
2. Prepare and share empanelment documents and company profiles
3. Follow up with corporates on vendor registration and empanelment status
C. Client & deal follow-ups:
1. Track staffing-related client discussions
2. Coordinate follow-ups for deal progress and closure
3. Maintain status and closure trackers
Note: Candidates must have their own laptop or computer system and reliable internet/broadband connectivity, as this is a fully remote position and the company will not provide equipment or internet access.
