About the Internship
As an HR Intern at Hummpl, you will work directly on live client projects across people strategy, HR transformation, recruitment, leadership development, and culture initiatives. This is not a shadowing role. You will support consultants on real business problems, conduct research, analyze people data, and contribute to frameworks and insights that shape client outcomes. This role is ideal for someone curious, analytical, and wants to understand how people's decisions drive business performance.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support consulting teams on client-facing HR and people strategy projects.
2. Conduct primary and secondary research on HR trends, leadership practices, and organizational design.
3. Work with datasets related to hiring, engagement, performance, and capability mapping.
4. Assist in building dashboards, reports, and insight decks.
5. Support recruitment research, role mapping, and market intelligence.
6. Contribute to the development of internal frameworks, playbooks, and thought leadership content.
