As a Recruitment, Management, and Document Management expert, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department with various tasks.1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Support HR managers in employee onboarding, training, and performance management.
3. Maintain and update employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
4. Utilize MS-Word and MS-Office to create reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents.
5. Demonstrate English proficiency in both written and spoken communication with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Utilize MS-Excel for data analysis and reporting to support HR decision-making.
7. Showcase strong problem-solving skills to address employee inquiries, conflicts, and other HR-related issues.
