About the Internship
Clamshell is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern with an MBA background to support our human resources and people operations functions. This internship is ideal for candidates who are interested in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development.You will get hands-on exposure to real-world HR processes and work closely with the HR and leadership team in a fast-paced, learning-driven environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
2. Support in onboarding and documentation processes for new interns/employees.
3. Maintain and update HR records, databases, and reports.
4. Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
5. Coordinate with different teams for HR-related requirements.
6. Help in drafting HR-related emails, notices, or policies when required.
7. Assist in performance tracking and basic HR analytics.
