About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
2. Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
3. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
4. Help in organizing training sessions and engagement activities.
5. Assist in performance management processes.
6. Support in preparing HR reports and documentation.
7. Handle basic employee queries and coordination.
