About the Internship
HR & People Operations• Draft and release offer letters, appointment letters, and internship agreements
• Manage end-to-end onboarding: documentation, tool access, welcome kits, and Day 1 checklists
• Maintain employee/contractor records, leave trackers, and attendance logs
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and liaise with the accounting team for timely salary disbursement
• Handle offboarding: exit formalities, access revocation, and experience letters
• Support drafting of basic HR policies (leave, code of conduct, remote work guidelines)
Tools & Internal Ops
• Set up and manage Slack workspace: channels, integrations, bots, and access controls
• Configure and administer productivity tools (Notion/ClickUp, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
• Set up project management boards and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Manage tool licenses, renewals, and user provisioning/de-provisioning
• Evaluate new tools and recommend solutions to improve team efficiency
Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain and organize company documentation: contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements
• Ensure basic statutory compliance awareness (PF, ESIC if applicable as team grows)
• Keep a running knowledge base / wiki for internal processes
