About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Support Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews through portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Provide support in onboarding new hires.
2. HRMS Operations: Maintain and update employee records in HRMS (GreytHR). Assist with HRMS functions such as attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and supporting the performance management process.
3. Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities and events. Assist in conducting engagement surveys and feedback analysis. Support the management of employee grievances and complaints.
4. Generalist Activities: Provide general administrative support and assist with day-to-day HR operations.
