About the Internship
As an HR intern at Mangal Reality, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while honing your skills in MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel. Your proficiency in spoken and written English will be invaluable as you collaborate with team members and assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs.
3. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Assisting with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and providing support for employee development plans.
5. Collaborating with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
6. Assisting with benefits administration, including enrolling new employees, answering benefits-related questions, and resolving issues.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR department as needed, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files.
