About the Internship
As an HR intern at Damsole Technologies, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve assisting the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will also gain hands-on experience with HRIS systems and attendance management.Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
3. Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Help with attendance management by tracking employee absences and updating leave balances.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to organize employee engagement activities and events.
6. Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings and presentations.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
