About the Internship
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Manager Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation.Key Responsibilities:
>Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
>Support onboarding and employee documentation
>Help maintain HR records and databases
>Coordinate employee engagement activities
>Assist in policy drafting and HR compliance tasks
>Support performance management and training initiatives
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Basic knowledge of HR practices and MS Office tools
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
