Role overview:
We are looking for a driven HR intern who wants real exposure to how hiring and people operations function inside a growing startup. You will work directly with the founders and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, team building, and strategic HR initiatives. This is not a routine internship; you will be involved in real decision-making and execution.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and interview coordination)
2. Conduct initial candidate interviews
3. Manage onboarding processes and documentation
4. Maintain HR databases and internal records
5. Support employee engagement initiatives
6. Coordinate hiring requirements with different departments
7. Assist in developing HR policies and performance tracking systems
8. Support founders in strategic hiring decisions
