About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Owning end-to-end hiring across functions: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and deployment.
2. Actively traveling for campus drives, regional hiring, and franchise-level recruitment.
3. Designing and executing training and induction programs for internal teams and 500+ franchise partners.
4. Building, documenting, and continuously improving HR processes, SOPs, and people systems from scratch.
5. Tracking performance, discipline, culture, and accountability across teams.
6. Working directly with the CEO and leadership, handling sensitive, high-impact people decisions.
7. Stepping into chaos, solving people problems, and ensuring execution - no excuses, no hand-holding.
