Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handled the complete recruitment cycle, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, and managing talent acquisition through multiple job portals and online channels.
2. Reviewed and assessed resumes to identify and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements and organizational standards.
3. Conducted preliminary screening calls to brief candidates about job roles, evaluate their fit for the position, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
4. Collaborated with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate a seamless, well-organized, and timely interview process.
5. Maintained and updated recruitment databases, interview trackers, and follow-up records while supporting the HR team with reporting and onboarding documentation.
