About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
2. Coordinating with outlet managers to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
3. Maintaining employee records and attendance sheets accurately.
4. Supporting onboarding processes and completing joining formalities for new staff.
5. Preparing offer letters and basic HR documentation.
6. Managing employee data and updating HR reports regularly.
7. Assisting in payroll coordination and leave management processes.
8. Supporting staff training initiatives and performance tracking activities.
9. Addressing basic employee queries and maintaining discipline records.
10. Assisting in the implementation of HR policies across outlets.
