About the Internship
The HR Intern will assist the HR team in talent acquisition and strategic market research to strengthen recruitment processes and workforce planning.Key Responsibilities:
Competitor Market Mapping:
Research and analyze competitor organizations to identify talent pools, organizational structures, and compensation benchmarks.
Prepare detailed reports on market trends and competitor hiring strategies.
Recruitment Support:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate pipelines.
Update recruitment MIS and ensure accurate tracking of hiring progress.
